Your use of the website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers set out below (Terms and Conditions). You should read them now. Your use of the website constitutes your agreement to the Terms and Condition.
SUPAWEAR reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice to you. Your continued use of the website after any amendment becomes effective constitutes an agreement by you to abide and be bound by the Terms and Conditions, as so amended.
Any order placed by you in the manner described in this website is an offer to purchase a particular product for the price (including the delivery and other charges and taxes) specified in this website at the time you place your order on these Terms and Conditions. SUPAWEAR reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order. Your contract with SUPAWEAR only comes into existence when it forwards confirmation of receipt of your order and payment.
Prices of products and services and delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability.
TAX - Goods and Services TAX ("GST")
Prices displayed on this website are with and withouth Australian Tax(GST). Australian cusomters will add tax(GST) on check out. Our international buyers will purchase our products without tax.
You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties or other liabilities imposed by any governmental agency, including without limitation, any customs duty, goods and services taxes or any value added tax imposed on any products or services acquired or ordered by you from this website.
Risk and Title
SUPAWEAR will retain title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products. When the order is processed and sent off for delivery, all risk in the products will be passed onto you if you choose standard post. You should consider whether to choose registered post (International orders) or Express Post (Australian orders) for tracking purpose. We only cover for lost or stolen item if you choose the 'Registered Post' or 'Express Post' service.
SUPAWEAR guarantee the quality of their apparels and will deliver quality and reliable products for our customers. If there were to be a fault in our products, we will happily refund your good/s upon return of the product/s. It is the liability of the customer to return the good/s within 2 weeks of delivery. SUPAWEAR will only refund the purchase price of item excluding deliver cost.
We will also gladly exchange, as long as the item/s is in original condition (we do not exchange items which are worn or with stains), simply email us with your invoice number and your requirements and send the original item/s back to us by post within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
The website contains links to websites not maintained, controlled or associated with SUPAWEAR and it does not make any endorsement, or any representation as to the accuracy, of information contained on those websites. SUPAWEAR will not accept any responsibility for the accuracy, ownership or any other aspect of the information contained on those Web Sites.
